Card spinning system technology

Card spinning system is a really technical process. The yarns produced with the carded spinning system are more soft and bulky than the same yarn produced with other spinning systems. During this process, carding individualizes fibers , removes fine impurities and neps, in order to obtain a good fiber that can be spun.

This process became really interesting since when we have started working with para-aramide recycling fiber. With all the experience we collected during the years in card spinning we are able to obtain a good and stable quality yarn starting from recycling fibers.
